Submission in the editor
The catalog below plays the host's global settings. Add a recipient and select the guide's Submission step — the name is in the Recipient picker in the panel. Remove the row the guide points at, and the health check flags the guide for repointing. The address never reaches the editor: the picker sees only names and ids.
Recipients are set up by the publisher, once, on The recipients. The address stays there.
