How do you like living here?

A housing company's survey to its tenants. Three ratings sit on a row each under one heading — that is what a matrix looks like here: a page with several scale questions. Two ways out stand visibly under each row, never hidden behind a button: Not applicable when the question does not apply to you, Don't know when you have no opinion. Both leave the answer empty with their own words, so the average is not dragged down by the people who had nothing to say. A rating is a number, so a low one leads to a follow-up question and the average is worked out for the editor.
