Fault reports that arrive complete the first time

Reports come in by phone and email. Half of them are missing where the fault is or what it looks like, and cases bounce between managers before anyone has even seen the damage.

In the guide, the tenant points out the place on your own map, searches up the category instead of scrolling a list, attaches a photo and marks the damage with numbered dots — each dot with its own description. The case reaches your system with place, category, picture and text all at once.

The gain: fewer returns and phone calls, and a report you can act on without follow-up questions.

The visitor's journey, in two minutes

The whole report through the visitor's eyes: the map, the category search and the photo with its markings.

The film in text
  1. Halfway through a fault report: the question is where the fault is.
  2. The place is pointed out on your own map — the address comes along for free.
  3. The category is searched up instead of picked from a long list.
  4. A photo is attached, and the damage is marked right in the picture with numbered dots — each dot gets its own text.
  5. Every dot becomes data: coordinates and description, ready for the case system.
  6. The whole way without forms — built in Flowweaver, no code.
